Results Out

Im just home after collecting my annual exam results..to be frank I guess I did pretty well...was sad to hear that Edwin is witheld along with Mani and Megha. Saw some of my batchmates at school...Overall it has been pretty decent.And guess what Chemistry evaluvation has turneed out to be pretty lineant I guess!! Well life is coasting along with Pala classes..leaving for Pala tommorow..and ....
Rosses are blooming out everywhere..well quite literally!!!

India Sinks

Ditinct,tragic memories of the summer of 2003 come to mind. The final World Cup 2003. India vs Australia. Inspite of the annual exams the next day, I sit down to watch the match. And what a match it proves to be. Autralia thrashes India around the park. One of the highest ODI scores is posted and then India's master blaster is sent out for four cheap runs. That made me pull the plug . And now , Team India stands on the verge of elimination from the 2007 ICC World Cup. India's bowling performance in todays match kindled some hope. But the display by India's famed batting line up has turned out to be another damp affair. Now all that reamins to bee seen is which all heads are going to roll in the BCC., that is if Bangladesh doesn't manage to mess up their match against Bermuda.
Iam wondering what the reaction of the cricket crazy Indian public is going to be.Whose house is it going to be targeted next? Well,its India and things sure are gonna happen....But one cant deny that Sri Lanka was superior to India in almost every aspect of the game. And as the dictum in sport goes...Let the better team win.....

World Cup Fever Anyone?

Seems like the old buzz that surrounded world cups are lacking this time around..but them maybe Iam too early to make this prediction! Maybe I should wait till India's match comes around! Haven't talked with swamy about the world cup..maybe Ill do that tommorow. And for the less informed WI won the match yesterday.

Whew ! Practicals Over

Its has been long and hard and tough...and at last al the practicals are over leaving some us with just 5 days for D-Day! This time arounfd the practicals went pretty well for most of us it seems...But the vivas especially the physics viva was notoriously tough!

Examinophobia !!!

Well its that time of the year when Exam fever descends on hapless students like me...Can't help it! Well the annual exams are here and the cery thought gives me jitters.The board exams have been going on for some time now and the exams for the other classes are to sart on the 19th. Well, Best Of Luck to everyone!

Elga Ma'am's Farewell

St. Peter's bid farewell to one of its most experienced and brilliant teachers- Elga ma'am on Saturday(10/03/2007. Elga ma'am is retiring after 32 years of prestigious service in the school. She has seen the school progressing from a LP school with just 4 classrooms and 26 students to one of the leading schools in Kerala. The farewell ceremony was pretty emotional with Elga ma'ma shedding tears as she saw some of the messages that the alumni of the school had psoted on the school community as well as some pretty old photos that showed a much younger Elga miss. Thanks to thee Ma'am fopr all your lesons, for all your gifts and all your blessings!

Something Personal !

Well, so far I have been filing school news and class bitz but here is something personal....Today as I was gloomily ploughing through the huge Physics ABC I received a call from the Childrens Literary Society informing me that I have won the first prize in their story wrting competition. I went WOW . I really wanted to win the prize but could only just hope for it...never thought I would win it.Well things have turned out pretty fine and Iam waiting to know what the prize is!
